Hudson Valley Wine Dinner

The winning wines at the Hudson Valley Wine Competition were celebrated with a dinner at the Culinary Institute of America. This is a great recap of the evening and education on Hudson Valley Wines.

The Dinner was a great showcase for Hudson Valley Wines and the CIA's food pairings brought out the best in all the wines.

We were proud to receive the Bronze for our Hard Apple Cider and Silver for our Cabernet Franc.

We will definitely return next year!
